SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All inquiries and concerns will be dealt with in a prompt manner. 

I may not accept your order if the item is out of stock or the payment method is unsuccessful. However, if this is the case you will be emailed and informed with the best course of action to take.

A  tracking number will be provided upon dispatch. Customer will be required to sign for their parcel upon delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, you will be asked to rearrange with the courier. Couriers will attempt the delivery twice before items are returned back to us. 

(Please be patient, all orders will be processed either on the day and posted the next day, this also depends on the holiday season).

My aim is to dispatch your items within three days of ordering, thereafter, your items will be posted under the standard delivery process which should take 3-5 working days to arrive. (This may vary due to seasons and celebrations).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the item's size and weight.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that all our customers are happy with each purchase, but if not, Fill out our Contact sheet or email us at qreatenwickcandles@gmail.com within seven days of your purchase.

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned in perfect condition, unused and within their original packaging.

We ask that the products are packaged carefully and posted at your expense, whereby on receipt we shall issue you with the refund.

Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to five days to process your return.

If you feel the item is not for you or is faulty, please let us know immediately and we will either offer an alternative or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

14 DAYS RETURN

If you believe a fault has developed outside of the 14-day return period, or the item is difficult to package and return, contact us using the above details before you return the item, so we can discuss the fault with you and agree on the best way forward.

If you return an item outside of the 14-day returns period, we reserve the right to will issue a refund in the form of a gift card, which we will email to you.
