Our 100 ml reed diffuser is designed to provide a delightful fragrance for approximately two to three months, although this duration can fluctuate based on various factors:
Temperature:
The ambient temperature in your home plays a significant role in the diffusers longevity. In warmer environments or areas with low humidity, the oil may evaporate at a faster rate, potentially reducing the lifespan of your diffuser.
Placement:
Where you position your diffuser is crucial for maximizing its effectiveness. It's best to keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources, as these conditions can accelerate oil evaporation.
To maintain a vibrant scent, we suggest flipping the reeds regularly—ideally once a week or every couple of weeks—to enhance diffusion.
Returns & Refund Policy
Please note that all products must be securely packaged when returning, and will only be refunded if in a re-sell-able condition. Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not be credited. Customers are responsible for return postage.
We do suggest for your own peace of mind that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery as we are unable to refund goods not received by this office. It is the Customers responsibility to claim compensation from Royal Mail on receipt and after inspection of the product we will happily issue a refund leaving you free to re-order a different product.
